Order, Shipping & Returns

The porcelain is available by order only. However, sample pieces are available for viewing in our store (for our Muscat clients), allowing you to examine the finish and assess the quality of the product.

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched within 2 business days. Deliveries within Oman will be handled by Oman Post, while shipments to other GCC countries will be sent via DHL. Please note that any applicable local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
