When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to Studio Omana to purchase the goods specified in your order under the outlined terms. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation that has been received.

A contract between you and Studio Omana for the sale of our products will only be established once your order has been accepted and processed.
Studio Omana reserves the right to cancel any order (or part of it) that has not yet been delivered and will issue a full refund if this cancellation occurs.

Delivery and Shipping
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If you require a larger quantity than what is available, please reach out via email, and we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery
Studio Omana will process your order as soon as this has been validated and your payment registered. You will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number, billing information, and address details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at contact@studio-omana.com.

Delivery fees
Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times
In stock items

• Orders in Muscat will be dispatched within one business day.
• Orders within Oman will be completed in 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery to the GCC region will take 3 to 5 business days.

Items to order

•  Items made to order will be delivered within 4 to 12 weeks.

Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. For orders to Oman, VAT will be displayed at checkout.

Payment
All prices are in OMR.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept Visa & MasterCard. 

Shipping
Studio Omana partners with DHL for international deliveries. While orders within Oman will be shipped via Oman Post. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Returns, refund and cancellation
Returns
Studio Omana accepts returns only if items are unused, undamaged, remaining in the same exact condition as when received.

To initiate a return, customers must notify Studio Omana via email to contact@studio-omana.com regarding their intent to return the purchased items. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days from the day of delivery.

Shipping and delivery fees will be the responsibility by the customer and should be sent via DHL using the same order number.

Upon inspection, Studio Omana will notify you whether the returned item has been accepted, and a credit note will be issued for the value of the item.
All products purchased on sale, or with our bespoke service, are final sale and non-returnable.

Refund
Studio Omana will process a refund for orders cancelled via email to contact@studio-omana.com within 48 hours of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original transaction.

Cancellation
Studio Omana will accept order cancellations only if communicated via email to contact@studio-omana.com within 24 hours for orders within Oman and within 48 hours for orders in the GCC from the date of purchase.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Studio Omana and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
Studio Omana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Oman.
